ABRAHAM J. HART
Attorney at Law

Abraham's practice focuses on divorce, child custody, visitation; complex property valuation and division; guardianship and third party visitation; and support orders and modifications. Abraham approaches litigation with an emphasis on risk management, both financial and non-financial. He is particularly focused on assessing the long-term consequences of any settlement or litigation strategy. By projecting the likelihood of various outcomes in order to adapt strategy and tactics, he can maximize our clients' long-term benefit and financial security.
In addition to the successful advocacy of his clients through litigation, Abraham is a Harvard-trained and certified family law mediator. Parties interested in resolving their divorce, child custody, or other family law issues amicably may benefit from working with a highly skilled mediator. Abraham focuses his mediation practice on educating the parties about the law and possible legal outcomes, then supports and encourages the parties to generate creative solutions. As with his litigation practice, Abraham focuses on reaching agreements which consider and effectuate long-term solutions for the parties' disputes.
