Hannah Sims, our founding attorney, is a Certified Family Law Specialist and also holds a Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M.). This training has made her a versatile family law attorney who can help with a wide range of simple and complex situations your changing family may be facing.

Hannah has been practicing law since 1994; after six years under the guidance and tutelage of the Bay Area's most reputable family law firms, she set out on her own and founded the Sims Family Law Group, APC She subsequently invited attorneys Molly Laughlin and Abraham Hart to join the team.

Molly and Abraham complement Hannah's years of experience with their superb research and writing skills, fresh legal perspectives, and their own specific areas of expertise, including complex property division, custodial rights and other family law matters.
